Shiseido Benefiance Nutriperfect Night Cream
The Shiseido Benefiance Nutriperfect Night Cream claims to be a “high performance nighttime recover cream created especially for mature skin.” They use carnosine to fight wrinkles and regenerate muscle tissue while also using vitamins B, C, E, and P. None of these are actually wrinkle fighting ingredients, and we’d never even heard of vitamin P. So we decided to look it up for future reference. From sources we found, vitamin P is used as a euphemism for Proaz or Paxil, both antidepressants which are not generally absorbed through the skin, nor do they have anything to do with wrinkle care.
There is no full or official ingredients list for Shiseido Benefiance Nutriperfect Night Cream, as there are no official ingredients lists for any Shiseido products. We assume they don’t actually use Prozac or Paxil. Most likely, they just added another random vitamin letter not found anywhere else, assuming that it would sound good, but not actually searching it just incase. We were vastly entertained, but we see this and other things as various signs of a weak and lacking formula.
