Skincare For Dummies
Sometimes, it is honestly exhausting to try to work with certain people on how to take care of their skin. They don’t seem to understand the concept, and they literally want to do everything you’re not supposed to, like following Megan Fox when she says that she keeps her skin beautiful and young by sunbathing every day! It kills me. So here’s my skincare for dummies guide.
1. Wash your face-yes, there are those who would like to tell you that all these products are ultimately making your skin worse. Yes, if you are talking about harmful elements like benzoyl peroxide, it’s true. But not washing your face all together will just allow bacteria, free radicals, and other harmful substances to build up on your skin, which is likewise NOT GOOD!
2. This is an important one named above to some degree. DO NOT SUNBATHE EVERY DAY! I would say do not sunbathe at all. But who’s really going to listen to me and follow it around this era. That being said, basically speaking when you sunbathe, especially without sunscreen or otherwise protection, you are allowing the sun to break down your skin cells and prematurely age your skin. Just wait until Megan Fox is even 30.
3. A Moisturizer-I cannot stress this enough. When you are young and have acne, it seems like the perfect way to ruin your skin, because you blame everything on oils. But trust me, a moisturizer is more vital than you might ever think.
4. Finally, drink more water and eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. These will help you to fight off aging and basically protect your skin while moisturizing it naturally and without heavy oils. So it’s one of those things that is always included in skincare for dummies.
